- Stand with hands stretched out at shoulder level. Palms facing the ground.
- Move in a circular motion, first clockwise and then anti-clockwise in a slow and controlled manner.
- Look straight ahead. Eyes forward.
- Keep your back straight.
- Don't move it too fast you might hurt your shoulder.
